Purity & Identity Confirmation

HPLC with UV detection determines chemical purity, and LC-MS confirms peptide identity by molecular weight. Bundled — both performed on the same sample.

Net Peptide Content

Add-on. Quantifies actual peptide content excluding water, salts, and counterions.

Conformity / Variance Testing

+$60

Add-on. Confirms vial-to-vial consistency across a batch — each vial is tested separately and the report flags variance between units of the same lot.

HGH Dimer Analysis

+$75

Add-on (HGH samples only). SEC-HPLC quantifies the percentage of dimer (two HGH molecules bound together) and higher molecular weight aggregates that reduce HGH bioactivity.

  • Minimum 5 mg for Purity & Identity (HPLC + Mass Spec)
  • Minimum 10 mg if adding Net Peptide Content analysis
  • Minimum 1 vial / 1 mL for HGH samples (dimer analysis available as add-on)
  • For conformity/variance testing, submit one vial per unit — each is tested separately
  • Label each vial clearly with its sample ID and lot number
  • Include a printed copy of the intake form in the shipment
